Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you would
like to return it for a store credit or an exchange (depending on item
availability), here is our policy:

Send an email to sales@bukiandoscar.com stating the reason
for the return, or to request an exchange. Returns must be sent by
mail (postmarked) within 5 days of receipt. Items must be in their
original condition, with all tags attached. Items must not have been
worn, altered, or washed. Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable.

When you send in a return or exchange, please insure the shipment.
If the item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will not refund
you. Therefore it is in your best interest to insure the package.
